We offer high quality U.S. beef for sale either in 1# ground beef packages or on order in the form of 1/4, 1/2 or whole custom cut beeves. All beef is USDA-inspected and has been raised on grass pastures and supplemented with corn, soybean meal and DDGs. Our beef comes from Gelbvieh/Red Angus or Angus crossbreeding, ensuring you’ll get lots of high-quality, delicious beef.

- We currently are offering beef for sale by the individual cuts including: ribeye steaks, KC strip steaks, filet steaks, chuck roasts, arm roasts, stew meat, brisket and skirt steak. Limited quantities available per cut, please contact for pricing.

Additionally, these are the dates we are sending cattle to the processor for custom cut 1/4, 1/2 and whole orders. These are on first-come, first-served basis.

- 2 whole beef available in July 2023
Prices:
- Custom cut beef: Contact for current market pricing (prices includes processing).
- Ground beef: $6/lb – 15# minimum order. Orders of >50# receive a 10% discount.
